pinnacle marketing group dynamics marketing took my money and wont return it phoneix, Arizona

dynamics merchants a dicision of pinnacle marketing group called me and asked me if i was
a salesman and i said yes,and they said good i could be a salesman for their company for $500
i told them i didnt have $500 so they told me i could come in at $250 which i did not have and had to borrow. just a few days before i was supposed to receive my packet i had a stroke and my left side is parlayzed.my doctor told me i would not be able to walk for 2-3 years. i called dynamics merchants on july 12/2011 and informed them of what my doctor said and ask them to refund my money.i have been calling them every other day since july 12th and have not received my money back yet.i need the money because i dont have a job and i need to pay my doctor something.
