Pinnacle Trading Partners Fraud, Do not do business with them!!! Simi Valley, California

I was contacted by Pinnacle Trading Partners about a managed investment opportunity with New Summit Investments.  There was a $5,000 lifetime fee for the service and there was a guarantee that if I lost more than 10% of my initial balance during the first 12 months I would receive a refund of my $5,000.  I did lose more than 10% and I called to request my refund.  I called multiple times and the phone was never answered.  I left voicemail messages and I then sent multiple emails and I have received no response. 

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am in the process of contacting my lawyer to try and sue this company for my $5,000 refund.  I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 weeks and I have not received a response. 

If you receive a call from Pinnace Trading or New Horizons, which is another name they go by, trying to sell you an investment opportunity with New Summit Investments, please HANG UP and do not get suckered in by them.  They were easily accessible when they were taking my $5,000 from me.  Now that I am trying to get my refund that I am entitled to, they are impossible to get in contact with.

I don't know how my situation will turn out, but hopefully I can save someone from the experience I have been through.  Do not get involved with this company or you can kiss your money good bye!!
