I have been using these calling cards a lot..PINZOO, PINPLAN, PINGO...THEY ARE ALL THE SAME COMPANY..NO ADDRESS IS LISTED...
They say that they dn't have hidden fees, but they always take a daily fee from you you happen to have a balance of $1 r $2 on your card, they will charge you maintenance fees and make sure that it is used up...
I lately tried to call someone in China, tried many times, did not go thru and got some kind of chinese speaking automated response..I neded this perosn for legal matters and that is the only one number I have....PLIPLAN charged me all these times I tried, even I never got to speak with the person....they used all my $10 card...
I recently bought 4 cards with them, I buy like 6 to 8 per month...I called customer service to report the matter and get a refund for all these incomplete calls to China...it was all the same .16 cents call..to the same number..there is a phone record where it is very OBVIOUS that I was not getting through, despite my attempts..I didn not have any choice but trying because of time difference because it was an urgent matter and I needed to get that person...
To my unpleasant surprise when I called THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER..I was told that these calls won't be refunded ..because they went through..I explained that they didn not go through as clearly shown on the call records on my account!!! He tried , got the same chinese automated speaking woman that I had and told me "wll the line is good"!!!! I told him that I have been a a faithful customer and buy many of their cards and would sure appreciate a refund for these calls to CHINA where THE CALL DID NOT GO THROUGH, but I was told that I would stillbe charged... A BIG RIP OFF!!! for you have to pay even when you try to get a perosn and get an automated call center, speaking mandarin, that I coudl not understand!!!
I asked the CUSTOMER AGENT, to speak to his supervisor, to my surprise he was the supervisor...THE ALL TO DO MAN!!!...i WAS FRUSTRATED AS THERE WAS NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY BUT THIS ONELY ONE PERSON TO ANSWER MY CALL AND HE WAS NOT THE MOS HELPFUL ONE AND UNDERSTANDING ONE...
THE CALL WAS MADE TODAY AUGUST 16TH IN THE MORNING....
I ask the guy , how do you knwo that the automated message is not saying that the perosn has changed phone number or this phone is no longer in service etc since you don't undertsand mandarin!!! and you are STILL CHARGING ME..he told me ther is nothing that he can do BUT STILL CHARGE ME FOR THESE CALLS!!!! LIKE I WAS SUPPOSE TO UNDERSTAND HCINESE AND NOT TRY THE PERSON AGAIN!!!!
I explained to him that it was an urgent legal matter and that I didn't realize that they were charging me for these unsuccessful calls...HE WAS STUBBORN ABOUT THAT FACT THAT THE LINE IS A WORKING ONE AND I STILL NEEDED TO PAY FOR THESE UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS..ALL THAT WANTED WAS A REFUND A OF AROUND $5!!! WHICH WAS FAIR!!!
I tried their 1800 number again and fell on the SAME PERSON, LIKE THER IS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY...
HE IS THE CUSTOMER RESPRESENTATIVE, THE SUPERVIOSR AND THE CEO I GUESS..LOL
there was no one else to solve my problem!!!!
THE WORST IS THAT IT IDD NOT MATTER THAT i HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND THEY STILL TREATED ME LIKE CRAP...
But I have to thank the stubborn agent for one thing..NOT ONLY HE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER AND MANY OTHERS THROUGH MY FRIENDS THAT REFERRED THIS COMPANY TO...BECAUSE OF HIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ABILITIES..
BUT I FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE CHARGING MORE THAN THE OTHER ONLINE CARDS AND PHONE COMPANIES...
FOUND OUT THAT CALLINGCARDS.COM HAVE BETTER RATES THAN THEM!!
SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH...YOU HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGING ME FOR YEARS AND BECAUSE OF YOUR WANTED TO CHEAT ON ME AND CHARGE ME FOR UNSUCCESSFUL CALL ATTEMPS AND GIVE ME POOR CUSTOMER SERICE, i WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT BETTER RATES!!!
AND I AM SENDING ALL MY FRIENDS THERE....YOU ARE SO STINGY TAHT YOU NEVER GAVE ME ANY CREDIT FOR REFERRALS, WHEN ALL CALLING CARD COMPANIES DO!!!
AND YOU ARE SO STINGY THAT YOU LOST LOTS OF CUSTOMERS FOR REFUSING TO REFUND A A FAIR $ 5 FEE!!!

It's been so hard trying to get a hold of you. It seems like you just filed this horrible report about our services and never want to reach us. We understand your frustration and are always here to help you or any of our customers.
Unlike most services we actually have a customer support line to help clients.
We contacted you a few after your report multiple times. It looks like your calls where estimated under a couple of dollars when you reported this issue. In return, we just issued a free $10.00 calling card. We would never normally do this, but PinPlan.com always takes the extra mile to help its customers out. After we noticed you used the entire free $10 card, we yet issued another complimentary gift.
It seems like this card worked out 100% for you because there was surely activity on it.
Where you aware that the phone numbers in China you where calling where INVALID phone numbers? We tried also to explain this after we tested the phone number but it seems we didn't communicated that correctly to you. We are so sorry about that.
In our logs it shows our Phone technician tested the number back to back. Did you call us to report this? Did our agents test the issue and tell you that the phone number was not a working number? Maybe we just didn't communicate well enough.
Either way, we hope our responses back to you are helping out.
We try on a weekly basis to Email, and Call you so you can remove this negative report out of here. It's almost nearly impossible to get a hold of you even though your requesting customer service.
