Pioneer Credit Recovery Inc., NELA, Salli Mae, Inc dosent know the law Internet

I am having dealings with Pioneer recovery. first they cant seem to keep a fax number, found 6 numbers on line none work, second these people harass at my wife's work, my cell phone, and home phone. The balance seems to gone up around $4000.00, and some background received a letter stating they were going to garnish my wife's pay. and there was nothing we could do, well talked to a lawyer about Wisconsin and federal law and found the letter was bull. it was just a scare tactic. our family is also on med assistance and food stamps which also makes it not legal to garnish wages. So it is off to the phone co to change numbers and the get letters ready to send. Oh and with the error in the letter the lawyer said we could go after them under the fair collection act. Still thinking about that
