2 days ago I found a listing on Craigslist for a home on Southdene ave. in Baltimore, MD.  I called the number listed and was greeted by a man named Greg, who was very interested in renting the house ASAP, he stated " We usually only show on weekends but I can show it today..." (Being Tuesday).. pleased I called my boyfriend to see when we were available.  By that time Greg had already called me back to offer to pick me up to view this house... Which I thought was a little odd, However we agreed that I would come the next day to see the home during my lunch break from work. 

The next day, during my lunch break I went to Southdene Ave. to meet Greg, who was waiting to show me the house.  I saw the house and let Greg know that I had brought everything needed to start the rental process with me. (pay stubs, filled out application, $25 application fee, ID, etc.)  So he says lets go to the office in Brooklyn and the secretary can copy everything, run your credit and we will have an answer in 24 hours for you. 

We approach the office, following Greg in our car...An unmarked row home in a very bad, dilapidated neighborhood.  So we parallel park and I go into the house behind Greg.  Once I sit down he states that the manager is in and will be able to explain a couple more things about the house to me.. This man, Bobby Kandhari sits and begins to literally bombard me with extremely personal, unrelated to renting questions.. Thinking "This is a bit Odd" and running late to return to work I insist I need to go. 

He continues, asking questions like, "Well what if your aunt and uncle don't watch your kids and you miss work, then how will you pay?"  I'm thinking, I've had this Job for the past nine months, what if hell freezes over and I miss work and cant pay.  After several questions like,"Where are your mom and dad?" "What software do you use at work?" and "How did you get your Job?" I decided that me getting the house was not based upon my income, and was based upon Bobby's personal preference in a rented and left to go to work.  In my opinion, unless your a Single working person, that grosses and insane amount of money and feels like explaining your life story to this man you aren't getting one of they're rentals...(which aren't in that great of an area to begin with.

Basically this company must make they're money on stealing your $25.00 application fees and not on actually renting the houses... They got mine. Beware http://www.landlordssolutions.com/. , and Bobby Kandhari are rip-offs and waste of time.
