Pioneer Military Lending Company ripoff breech of contract thieves Columbus Georgia

my husband opened an account with pioneer military lending when we were at ft bragg(nov.21,2000). our payments were $269 a month at 22.9%. my husband and i wanted to consolidate pioneer and 4 other bills to pay them off quicker. we filed with debt free in 2002 in hoping % rates would decrease that's the whole point of consolidating.

so june 2002 payments get sent to pioneer and the other creditors. pioneer was receiving a payment of $126 a month well that wasn't enough they requested more money. debt free sent out $150 in july 2002.

now pioneer has been receiving $150 for 3 years now to which i have the letter that was excepted by someone at pioneer stating $150 was exceptable.

i receive a letter in the mail from a edward miller at pioneer stating we were past due $4067.19, but i got a disbursment paper from debt free stating that pioneer has received $3576, but pioneer is saying we are past due over $4067.19.

all our creditors missed dec. 2004 payment, just one payment is going to have us passed due $4067.19 with pioneer. all our other creditors have not ever given us a problem except pioneer.

i told edward miller that we could not pay $269 a month because the propasal was excepted by someone at pioneer for the $150 a month, which they have been receiving since july 2002.

i was told that only 81. is going to our account for pioneer where's the rest of the $140 some dollars going too??

edward miller proceeded to tell me how their company is soo helpful to the military. that's a lie because after my husband would talk to edward and repeat what i had already told edward miller they would call my husbands commander, when my husband was active duty.

i stated that to edward miller that we had a military star card and it will be paid off in a few months and they never gave us a hard time at all or called my husbands work.

i just want people to know this company starts losing money they get pretty ugly. we just wanted to payoff our debts by consolidating to either decrease payments or aprs, which the other companys have done except pioneer.

we also have never received a monthly statement from pioneer like we have our others. edward miller said he would sends us one.. i have yet to see it.

i just want the $3,576 to be put toward the 4,067 that pioneer states we are passed due in.
