WHILE LIVING IN MY DETROIT HOME (since moved), MY FAMILY AND I WERE ROBBED (11/06/2006)AND OUR HOME VANDALIZED. AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND POLICE REPORT WERE MADE IMMEDIATELY. THE INSURANCE CO HAS YET TO SETTLE OR DENY MY CLAIM.
MY WIFE AND I ARE SLOWLY REPLACING VALUABLES THAT WERE STOLEN WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE INSURANCE CO. THE ADJUSTER AND THE INSURANCE CO HAVE SAID THAT THEY LOOK AT CLAIMS IN THE CITY OF DETROIT CLOSER THAN MOST. AT A RECORDED DEPOSITION THE ATTORNEY OF THE INSURANCE CO ASKED MY WIFE IF I WERE A GANG MEMBER (to imply guilt).
THIS CLAIM HAS PUT OUR FAMILY THROUGH A GREAT HARDSHIP AND I BEG OF YOUR ASSISTANCE. PLEASE HELP OUR FAMILY FEND OFF THE BIG BULLY OF A INSURANCE CO _PIONEER STATE MUTUAL
