The BBB rating for this company is listed as "satisfactory" despite there being 39 complaints against them in 36 months for credit, billing or collection issues. I'm not the only one having problems with this company!
They charge you whatever they feel like, don't provide itemized bills, don't correct billing errors, and when you refuse to pay for something you didn't charge, they have their own system of collections that violates state and federal law.
I encourage anyone having issues with this company to file a complaint with the state's Attorney General's office. If the Attorney General's get enough complaints, they'll definitely do something to stop them!
