This Company has a sole owner by the name of Avi Einav. This person has absolutely no morals, and no integrity. He is a greedy individual that only cares about his own well being. He employed over 25 sales representatives doing sales business to bussiness selling telecommunication services with companies like time warner, charter communications, telepacific etc.

Promised all a small base $250 a week plus commission. He never paid the base, he always found loop whole to go around and say things like you haven't earned it because your sale's are no good. I understand getting a warning, or even getting laid off, if you don't hit a quota after a few times. But not just because. No warning, no communication. Just an emotional. NO you don't deserve it.

The sales are clean. You process an order, send it over to Time Warner, Time Warner pays pipeone communications. ----- here is the disconnect. ---- pipeone does not pay the Representative. This Person has the whole operation completely intimidated. Its a mom and pop business style he makes his decisions based on his own benefit. Some accounts you will get paid on and some accounts most you wont.

Also, he claims later on that accounts that you have closed with your hard work and integrity cancelled ( he has no proof of such a thing) he will tell you that he was told so by the provider (time warner, charter etc), and therefore he will be charging you back for all the commission that he paid you on the account. He won't even give you a notice. You will just see it when you expect a check and don't have one.

Cancellations in this industry are not uncommon. Some companies claw back commissions after 6 months. Avi claws back even after 3 years (the duration's of the agreement) This man has individuals going angry with him weekly. people threatening to call the police and to hurt him. (if everyone has a problem with bob? perhaps bob is the problem ??) His business ethnics are wrong. He want's all the benefits of running a business without investing into his people. He doesn't value people or hard work. He ripps you off. You have been warned.
