I signed my company up to accept credit cards.

My first few transactions were audited and $12,000 approx was witheld for 10 days for them to check all the information out. I understand for everyones protection this is reasonable but 10 days caused aggravation to the customer and us. They said this shouldn't happen again.

Processed another transaction, this one very time sensitive, for $8560.
They said I would have funds within 48 hours. Funds never showed. Shaqana McGee from their risk department said I need an imprint from the customers card. I signed up to process online transactions. They want us to provide a card imprint. Not a photocopy and creditcard authorization form but an imprint. They want the customer to use a pencil over a piece of paper and rub the imprint and fax to them.

Next, Shaqana wants us to refund half the amount and ship products that costs us way more than half to the customer and after they receive bill for the second half. (What if the customers card is maxed out by the time we run it?)

Do not do business with this company. They claim they are there to help your cash flow but will destroy business relationships and further hinder your cash flow.

We spoke with other companies and people in the business and they agree they never heard of such idiotic policies.
