WARNING!! The employees here are extremely rude. In particular an unnamed employee  who must work with the golf cart rentals.  We took our cart back because it would not charge after having it on the charger for 4 hours (only had the cart for 10 hours, 4 trips to the pool). He told us it takes 8 hours to charge (rudely). We told him that the indicator was still on empty and blinking red. He told us that means its charging.... obviously not since it was blinking red the whole drive up there. So he walks away and we see him again about 10 minutes later and he drives past us, picks up some cinder blocks and pipes and drives away... another 10 mins later and we are looking for him hoping our battery doesn't die since we have 3 kids under 4 years old with us about a mile from our camp site. Finally he shows up and asks if we had made up our mind???? Not even sure that that question means. Like if we want to take our dead battery back and pack up? Anyway I let him know I would be leaving a review about his poor customer service. We did get a cart and he continued to degrade us by telling us stories of how people don't know how to charge golf carts (did you plug it in etc), insinuating that we had done the same. Also I would like to reiterate previous reviews about the bathhouse several toilets stopped up and no toilet paper to be found.
