We are a video production company in Las Vegas.  Leonard Rosen from Pitbull Mortgage School/Pitbull Seminars, Inc. called us several days before to request recording his Hard Money seminar scheduled for September 3, 2009 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas.  We provided pricing and an agreement was reached.

Our start time was 6:30AM which required that we prepare and leave our studio starting at 5:00AM.  We are known for providing extremely high quality services and this was no exception.  We record to tape and also directly to a hard drive to reduce the need for clients to spend time and money digitizing the footage during editing.  For an event like this we bring a carload of equipment including a portable recording platform, full size camera, tripod, laptop computer, external hard drive, two monitors, audio mixer, electric and audio cables, a two person crew and much more.

We recorded the seminars until after 6:30PM.  The footage came out excellent.  Our policy is that we do not transfer the content until we have been paid either by cash, check or charge card.  At the end of the seminar we requested payment of $1775 and were given charge card information by Leonard Rosen to cover the charges. We gave the tapes and hard drive to Leonard Rosen.

Upon returning to our studio we ran the charge card information and it was DECLINED.  We tried several more times and the result was the same.  We called Mr. Rosen who apoligized profusely and agreed to send a check immediately.  No check was received.  During the course of the next months, we called Mr. Rosen numerous times to facilitate payment and each time we were told a check had just gone out or would be going out the following day.  Our last contact was on October 2, 2009 when we called Mr. Rosen who told us to call back on the 5th and that it would be cared for then.  We called on the 5th and got voice mail.  We left a message to call us back and we never received a call back.  No payment has ever been received.

Mr. Rosen has taken our footage and had it edited into a DVD set which he is selling online for $595 at the following link http://www.pitbullmortgageschool.com/purchasedvd.htm

Because the bill for this was not paid this footage was never purchased and is being sold online.  Make your own conclusions as to the ethical and legal aspects of this behavior
