He is still trying to hide assests so a good detective could help all concerned if someone hires one and shares the info. No, Mike. My Ripoff Report about Pitbull and you is accurate in every way. It's not that I CHOOSE not to believe you, how COULD I believe you when all you have done is lie to us time and time again for the past year and a half?

Although I was sympathetic to you at one time, I no longer care about your issues. You created them, deal with them. They have nothing to do with me.

You stated in your rebuttal that our bike WILL be built. When might that happen? I assume that since you have not attempted to contact us in almost one year, that you have no intention of building our bike. If you truly gave a rat's behind, you would have been in constant contact with us, keeping us updated on the situation. You chose to ignore us and hope we'd go away.

Even your rebuttal contains lies! Where did this "Special Project" come from? When we decided to have you build our bike, you stated that it would take only six weeks to build because you had no other projects going on at that time. Now all of a sudden, there's a "Special Project" ahead of ours.!?

The next lie; You stated, "Not customer related litigation". Come on, Mike. Who are you trying to fool? Public records don't lie. I have met and spoken to other people who have been burned by you also. You don't exactly have a good reputation.

I'd still like to see a police report showing that parts were actually stolen from you. Sorry, but after all we've been through with you, I am reluctant to believe anything you say.

Do me a favor... Either finish our bike pronto or refund our $42,000.00.

Like Tonya I too was ripped off by this con-man. I gave Davis $15,000 to build me a chopper and I never got the bike or my deposit returned. I sued Davis and won a default judgement against him and Pitbull Motorcycle company or Pitbull Motorsports or what ever he calls his shop these days. Davis skirts the law saying he has no money to pay yet he is still selling bikes out of his shop and on eBay. See the link below. Don't believe a word this con-man says.

The Ripoff Report filed by Tonya against Pitbull is accurate in one way: her and her husband's motorcyle has not been built or delivered. I have explained to Tonya many of the issues that have contributed to the very long delay in finishing her motorcycle, however she chooses NOT to believe what she was told and that we simply took her money and chose not to finish the project. The facts are that most of the parts we purchased for the project and in my possession and it simply needed to be bodyworked, painted and assembled....then delivered. However, during this time we were working through a very difficult partnership situation which included legal proceedings between the partners (the "public records" she mentions in her story, not customer related litigation), vendor issues, a deteriorating "chopper" market and the theft of several parts from our shop (some of which were Tonya's). All these issues took their toll on the company financially and otherwise.

So, eventually a decision had to be made to shrink the company down to a level that can be managed without being burdened with a large amount of overhead, etc. To that end, we have been working on finding that comfortable operating environment while fulfilling our obligations to our customers. I am happy to report that we are in the process of completing a very special project that was ahead of Tonya's and then we will focus on the last two projects that were a part of the PRIOR situation, one of which is hers. We are, however, moving forward very successfully with "NEW" projects.

I don't expect Tonya and her husband to ever be happy with the situation and I am truly sorry it worked out the way it has. I have NOT personally benefitted financially from Pitbull since March 2006, so yes I do need to make a living but it is not from Pitbull as Tonya suggested in her report. Most people would have closed the business and started over, however we have chosen to fulfill our PRIOR obligations to the best of our ability, although there are limitations that make it difficult to make things happen as fast as we would like.
