Pitney Bowes Teaser offer sent under false pretences and hidden contract Louisville, Kentucky

We are a nonprofit thats run by hearing and visual disabilities.  We were given a teaser offer to a pitney bowes machine.  The teaser had nothing about a long term contract.  We called to end the agreement because the grants have disappeared due to California's fiscal mess.  Pitney bowes demanded almost $2,000 to end the contract. We're like we have no money.  They still insisted we pay.  In a phone call they threatened to call the postal service something over the pitney bowes machine.  They make threats. We sent the machine back and its off our hands. They continue to harrass us with bills they offered to bring the owe amount to 807.75  then offered to settle for 565.43 through a collector.  Still we have no money.  We were tricked into a long term contract to get the machine. Still they were cold and insensitive to our pleas for waiving off the contract.  Still no money for them and they continue to bug us with letters.
