Pivitol Payments uses deceptive business practices once they have your company engaged in merchant processing.  Contracts can be extended without customer knowledge and with stiff penalties for terminations.  All agreements are prepared to protect Pivitol Payments and give them access to your account to take money without your knowledge.  Customer service will lead you to think they are helping you, all the while working to take money.  According to customer service, everything they do is legitimate, according to the contract.  Our company was stiffed over $6000 based on a contract extension, which we were not even aware of, and they can not provide proof that we received it.

In summary, this is the most deceptive company that I have ever dealt with and I encourage businesse to use any other merchant processor, and to read the fine print - if you are given a copy of it.  Do Not Sign Anything!  Once you are in their system, you can not get out without it costing more than you could ever save using them.
