persons aledgedly working for Pivotal Investment Group : Paul Graham, Michael Brookes, Alexis Summer. They contacted me to buy stock/shares in May this year. it starts of with Starbucks and small investment only. 2 weeks later they transfered me bu phone to their Portfolio Manager (head of instituional investments) who advises of a bigger investment sure to pay off as their (20) analysts have the knowledge and the info saying it's a sure deal.
thereafter they contact they contacted me again and the deal is sure to go throuogh (Dorado Resources, stock being bought by Deutsche Bank). When the transfer of the money into their account was made, they called again with the story that there needs to be another payment made as a security deposit as DB is being scrutinized by the regulators (some story of Dollar for Dollar security but in this case only 25% required). This security woud be transferred back with 6 % interest after 5 days.
By then I paid upto euro 80.000 and I got the call that the pay out is delayed as the firm (Pivotal) found out who DB are selling to, a Chinese resources company and that Pivotal increased the selling price to DB but this woud delay the pay out again by 5 days.
tried to contact Pivotal (whom I suspect of using a call centre) in Hong Kong but to no avail. Please be aware of these people and this company name as it has cost me dearly, my own (small) company will go belly up due to this and I do not foresee to recover any of funds already tanferred to them

Thanks for the feedback, did you in the end get any money back at all ? and when did this happen ?
I am now looking at various ways to get this sorted but think they framed me big time.

hi, just wanted to share that i just experienced the same with pivotalinvestmentgroup. Started with starbucks shares and now they keep asking with different explications further investments...tho i passed already every limit. They say if I don t make the next payment (which is always called the ultimate and final payment) i ll lose all the money already invested...i m still unsure about ignoring the last mail about further payments or trying to make one more in order to get the money out... btw i extra had to take an extra bank credit to afford the last couple of "final" payments... i d be interested how things turned out for other customers...Thanks for giving me a plattform to find ppl with the same experience!
