Pixmania - Fotovista Group They mislead me beleiving they had the stock when they didn't. I cancelled the product & asked for a refund but they still sent me part of it and will not refund me my postage cost to return. Misrepresented information on their website and bad inhouse management leading to bad customer services. Internet

I placed an order on the companys website (Pixmania) for an item which was listed as 'in stock'. The order was a package deal, which included, a camera, a memory card & a camera case. I must stress the order was NOT placed individually for each item.


The day after placing the order, I received an email confirming they did not have my items in stock. I immediately asked to cancel my order and request a full refund. This was accepted.


I was surprised to receive in the post, a few days later, a memory card which was part of my order with Pixmania. I immediately emailed them confused as to why they had sent me part of my product which i cancelled.


They claim that I only requested to cancel my 'camera' which was the item out of stock. However I am confused because I made 1 order through their website and then cancelled the order the day after. Surely I should not receive other items which are part of the package?


It was only at this point that they decided to refund me for the camera case & request I send back the memory card for a refund, but at my own expense. I am disgusted that they expect me to pay for an item which I cancelled and was an error in sending on their part.


I must also stress that on each occassion I have had to visit their website and to get in contact with them. I have asked on 2 occassion for the head office & Managers email / contact numbers. They have ignored me on both of these occassions. I tried calling them on the numbers stated on their website and was on hold for in excess of 30minutes and when I did get through they hung up on me.
