My name is Desera and I have been working for pizza hut a very very long time.i recently  started working at a new location,,Atascocita pizza hut.the manager that got me on there was promoted to a higher position and had to move, but while she was there she was training me for the shift leader position.she also warned me of spacific people who were well known for stealing money and doing fraudfull things.this person is a manager and knows what he is doing, therefore has not been caught yet.two weeks after my manager's departure another rgm was placed in her position,,she is from the wilson store.on monday , january 31st,i was the csr,(cashier) and the,(manager thief),was working as a driver, throughout the day i had to leave my register unattended to do other tasks throughout the store while this manager was cashing out customer useing my till,in order to do that he had to use my password,,,,in doing so he managed to enter tips on quite a few credit card tickets that were not autharized by the customers,,,making it look like i was stealing from them.the new rgm is unaware of the manager"s activity and is determined to believe that i am the one who was stealing.she fired me and now i have no job to support my family ,,,   i deserve justice!!!!!

Call Pizza IT office

AUTHOR: Ray - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 07, 2011

You best bet is to call the Pizza Hut IT office and request to reset your user name and password. You may have to sent letter to them. Next time, don't ever in your life to give out your user ID and password to anybody including your boss. If you have to leave the casher station, SIGH OUT.

Hope this work better next time.

Why

AUTHOR: Resty - (U.S.A.)

Why would you ever let someone in under your user name and password? Im sure you were warned to never ever do this? You never ever leave your station unattended without signing out or locking the work station. You were even warned that there were people there stealing.......why did you not take precautions to not let this happen? Why is someone not informing the home company what is going on? OMGunness...you can even do so anonymously and no one needs to know it was you.  You may not be guilty of theft...but you are guilty of faulty work practices for leaving your work station unlocked and unattended.

A lesson learned....

I'm really sorry to hear this happened to you.  In my job, we are told in no uncertain terms that our password is to be given to no one......co-workers, managers, the IT department, the president of the company.......nobody!
