corporate headquarters did that is. Turns out the employees that night were not trained properly on this new customer service policy, and names and phone numbers were only for take out orders. Duh...None of you got it..that maybe this could really be wrong behavior. And that is more disturbing to me than what they did. And I am no "spoiled princess" because any of you would have been miffed as I was.

What is it about this corporate america? Consumer gets hurt through some corporate oversight or abuse and the whole world turns against the consumer anyway? What would you do if it were a more serious mistake and the target was YOU? Shame on you all!

We have a local PHut (Edmond/OKC area) that knows how to 'detect' who is in a rush or new to their product. 

The scam is that when you are done waiting for your walk-in take out order - they do Not place all the items you ordered on the counter.

They call your name or number to the counter, place only a portion of the order on the counter and let you walk out thinking it was everything you paid for - or they say it's in another container you leave thinking it's every item you paid for.

Taking people's phone numbers and NAMES  from walk-in eat-in customers is not about getting orders "correct" but it IS about collecting information for god-knows what.

Go to wherever slimy rock u came from and take that vile eatery with you.

I let my report stand. Pizza Hut does not know how to deal with the public and their peaches are spoiled half the time. The place is a blight on the landscape and I believe the people here who have been scs*ewed over by that place, and personal attacks will always bounce back on the sender.

 How is this an invasion of your privacy? They ask this information of every customer. This way you get your correct order. Sounds to me like youre just a a$$hat about them doing thier jobs. Get over yourself princess. They dont work with the NSA, they are only making sure that each customer is given the correct food orders. Those poor minimum wage employees do not deserve your abuse.

How did they invade YOUR personal privacvy? Did you actually give them your information?

How have they suddenly, in your mind, become "stooges" for the NSA?  Are they REALLY spying on U.S. citizens clandestinely?

Also, why do you eat there if the food is "often spoiled?"  You wouldn't exaggerate a bit to embellish your story, would you?

Report the "spoiled" food to your states food regulatory commission immediately...if it's true and you have proof.
