Pizza Hut Driver kicked my dog then files charges when he was bitten. i have 2 witnesses to the fact that he kicked the dog before hand. Also he was informed to honk upon arrival. and he ignored the posted sign and the verbal instructions not to walk on the wheelchair ramp. Van Buren Arkansas
