I've had more than one problem with this location (including when it was located at 494 Bloor St. West) It is currently located at the north-west corner of Bathurst and Bloor in Toronto.
While the prior incident only involved being called various vulgarities, including a little sh*t (I was a minor at the time), this one certainly takes the cake.
My mother threw a fit when I told her about the previous incident, and she marched up to the store (when it was located at 494 Bloor)
A few years ago, I went in to get a pizza, and I specifically requested that it have no sauce (as I really don't like their sauce), and when I came back to get the pizza, it had sauce on it!!! They said that they'd re-make it, and told me to come back in 20 minutes. I also called customer service to complain, and I specifically asked them not to send the complaint over for 20 minutes, and they did it anyway. When I returned to the store, they confronted me for making the complaint, and threw money at me, and told me to get out or they'd call the police.
I have never been treated so badly in my life, and I urge people to avoid this store, and go to the one at 328 Bloor Street West, where its run a million times better, and I've never had to file a complaint about it.
I called customer service about this, except give me my pizza for free, and to go pick it up at 328 Bloor St. West, and they told me that there was nothing else they could do about it.
I eventually called daily to complain, and I was given a measly $10.00 credit.
I urge people to call customer service and tell them about this report.

You are a very difficult customer

I use to work in food services. Franchises like Pizza Pizza gets fined by their head office every time there is a complaint made. You made a complaint on such a small problem. Customers are always right but the workers are humans too, and they make mistake. I remember for Tim's they get fined $100 bucks for any complaint. You are making their life hard as it already is dealing with drunks going in middle of the night buying food while being a*s holes. Not to mention the homeless people coming in asking for free food and keeps bothering the customers. Here comes you the anal customer who thinks that if there is sauce in the pizza is a big deal. Grow up dude. people working at Pizza Pizza aren't so lavish and enjoyable. They are working hard to make ends meet. I've been there and i understand the hardship. Just cut them some slack. is only the sauce, not like he spit on your food or swear at you.

Your mother threw a fit, does she still fight your battles? You are pathetic if your mother would march down there to fight your battles you must be pathetic. No wonder they wanted to call the police, your mother is a is a nutcase sticking up for little Junior. How were you behaving when you filed the complaint. Were you as hyper as your mother. If so I can see why they would want to call the police on you. They offered to make remake your pizza. You just wanted to cause trouble and cry to mommy.

Why I called customer service

I called them because I felt it was necessary, and because I was given additude when I told them the pizza was wrong.
Oh, and not all pizza has sauce on it anyway.

Why did you call customer service?

The pizza place made a mistake and put sauce on your first pizza. They then said they would remake it to make you happy. Why would you then call customer service? There should've been no complaint in the first place when they are accomodating you. A request of no sauce is not common so either the person who took the order or the cook made a mistake.
