PJP Health Agency is a total fraud! Internet

I was called by an agent of PJP Health Agency and I signed up my family for a policy with them. I have been fighting with PJP Health Agency to pay for my son's COVERED doctor visit.

In total I have spent over 900 minutes on the phone trying to straighten this mess out and not one person will give me an answer as to why these COVERED services are being denied. We have had alerts put on our account to inform the processors that this is a covered service, we have had supervisors manually process the claims. But for some reason they are still getting kicked out as not a covered service.

There are four dates of service, 11/9/10, 11/19/10, 12/05/10, 12/20/10 that my doctor's office has resubmitted 6 times now and they are still not being covered. These total 278.00. The 11/09/2010 visit is about to go into collections and PJP Health Agency is leaving us absolutely no choice but to pay these claims or risk a ding on our credit. We have worked long and hard to have the credit ratings we both have and I don't want them destroyed because of this company.

PJP Health Agency is a total fraud. They collect your premiums and don't pay out on claims.
