This girl is the biggest joke of a property manager that you will ever meet.  She is supposed to live on site & work full time in the office of the Whittier Villas Complex, but thats not the case.  She has an apartment here, but she doesn't stay in it.  As for work in the rental office, she is never there either.  She leaves yellow sticky notes on the office doors & the front gate that say "Manager is onsite, please call" and then her cell phone number.  That way they dont call the office and she avoids getting into trouble.  She is being paid to do nothing and everybody that lives in the complex has something bad to say about her.  Tenants leave message after message requesting assistance for repairs and emergencies and she ignores them.  She has the phone at the gate programed to call her cell phone when people looking to rent come to the complex, and she ignores them too.  The laundry room here is gross.  The bathroom has a broken toilet (been broke for over 3 months now) and we have not seen toilet paper in there for at least two months.  An "onsite" manager would surely notice things like this if they actually lived here.  She cant be bothered with work & thinks her job is beneith her.  WATCH OUT she is a big liar.  Several tenants have left their rent in the office mail slot and they remain there for days on end. When its too inconvenient for her schedule to actually come to work & process them, she returns them to the tenants instead by sticking their checks on their front door for everyone to see.  After all, if she turned in checks with dates over a week old what would management think?  She lets people get evicted just to CYA.  Then she hides away from the complex to avoid facing anyone.  She has furnished her apartment with things taken from people in the process of moving.  She has no respect for anyone.  Stay away from her for your own good.
