Placesettings.com, Place Settings Place Settings, Paid $874.31 for merchandise that I never received. Matthews North Carolina

I ordered china from Place Settings on 10/15/2006. I cancelled the order 3 days later because I never received confirmation emails. I called and left a message and for the first and ONLY time, someone called me back. I was told the order was cancelled and everything was taken care of. I believed him. A month later I received my credit card statement and the charges were on the card.

I have sent countless emails, left numerous voice mails and no one has contacted me. My Mastercard company just told me the bank will not refund the money so now I have paid $874.31 and received NO MERCHANDISE. No one will call or email me back! This has been outstanding for almost a year and I am shocked that this company can remain in business.

I have filed a BBB complaint, merchant complaint through Mastercard and will be contacting a lawyer. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST...
