Warning & Request: Placer County District Attorney and Roseville Police have allegedly violated citizens civil rights for decades. They Thrive on the revenue from arrests and prosecutions. They have about a 94% conviction rate one of the highest in the nation.
One of their current cases, involves a man that lost years of his life as a result of alleged violations. After serving both state and federal time as an exemplitary inmate, he also completed his parol and violation without incidents.
In May of 2014, his Fiance'e was allegedly sexually assaulted in a ladies restroom by a Roseville Police Officer. Five months later he was allegedly drugged by Roseville Police Undercover Officers and arrested for comitting a crime. The Placer County DA trumped up some seven felony charges against him following their MO of the last situation.
Below are excerpts from his family sent to the Police and the DA. Copies were sent to the Grand Jury, News Broadcasters and a U.S. Senator.
On 1/15/15 he failed to appear in court for reasons of fera for his life under the incarceration of Placer County.
