WOW! If I would have only done the research first. I have was recently married and decided to order our China online because I thought it would be faster. I spent over $1,600 and was told by placesettings.com that it would only take 2-4 weeks to get my China. After I told them that I was moving and could not wait that long they did say that I could cancel the order. So that is what I did.
It has now been over 3 weeks and I have not received any kind of refund. I have been working with my bank but have not come to a resolution yet. After 20 calls and I don't know how many emails I have not received any kind of response for the last two weeks. I was told it would take 5-7 buisness days to receive the full refund. Like I said it has been over 3 weeks total now.
I hope that by filling this out someone will hopefully think twice about ordering anything from placesettings.com.
