Ordered china-- I e-mailed and said that I needed the china by a certain date or I wanted to cancel. Said would not be a problem. Card was charged next day--coincidence?--NO! When they thought I would cancel, they IMMEDIATELY charged my card.
I e-mailed 25-30 times at the e-mails on the webpage--NO RESPONSE.

I have had SEVERAL e-mail responses since I started using this e-mail address and last Friday, I received an e-mail that a postal money order had been sent to my home as a refund. ANOTHER LIE! I wasn't surprised that I received another e-mail--this time from "BOB" (I had been dealing with Karen) that noone had sent such an e-mail. Of course, I forwarded it right back to him. They CLAIM they are going through bankruptcy....their house is on the market...la la la
Believe me when I say that you can believe NOTHING either of these two people tell you! Get a lawyer--that is what I'm doing. I would have preferred someone break into my home and just steal something--to be cheated like these people do--is worse because they come in disguise...
These are just people who will tell you anything to delay you--they have had great success at delaying people--they figure if they delay long enough you'll not be able to dispute it through your card (which we are also doing), or you'll just eventually give up.
I won't give up, however. Let's NONE of us give up!!
This is WRONG! PLEASE don't give up. Stay after them for your money--it is YOUR MONEY!!! They stole it from you same as if they mugged you--but lied to you on top of that!
