I tried it for free, it didn't work. So I tried purchasing the subscription and it didn't work. I notified the company immediately via email (because they don't list a phone for contact- that should be a clue not to use this company) to refund my money and cancel my subscription. They have an automatic email response and no customer service. I notifed them several times via email and still not reponse (this has been going on for three months). They flat out ignored my request, then I noticed they charged my credit card again for a subscription I asked them numerous times to cancel and refund due to being completey dissatisfied. Finally I contacted my credit card company and reported them for fraud and blocked any future fees.
