This store is the biggest rip off in the whole world. I bought a sled from there a few years ago and vowed never to go back because they screwed me in the service department. I live close to the store and everyone in the area that is into the sport does not go to Plaistow Powersports because of how bad service is. I was told by an employee i met out on a lake that the GM was now in charge of service so I figured I would give them another shot, big mistake. I now know why the service is so bad, it all starts from the top and that GM Chris has a customers always wrong attitude and he is so rude and thinks he is above the rest, a real loser who he has no people skills and would rather flirt with a customer who I'm not even sure if she was one then help one in need. The guy is a jerk and is un employable and obviously can't get a job in the real world. They quoted me $200 to fix my issue, when I should up the bill was double with out my consent and they did to even fix it, my machine was filthy and the GM could care less. I brought the machine to another shop and they found the issue and we found out that Plaistow Powersports charged me for parts and repairs they did not do. Real scum bags

Good afternoon Jack:


I came across this report and was very dissapointed to read of your experience at Plaistow Powersports. My name is Kristen and I am the Guest Services Manager here at Plaistow Powersports. Please accept an apology on my behalf that you were left feeling mistreated with the services you needed. Our goal is to have every customer leave our dealership feeling excited and satisfied in products, service and our professional employees.


I can assure you this is not the typical story or experience we hear from our customers. We very much count on our customers satisfaction and wish for them to return and refer us, so we can have a positive lasting impression for everyone who enters our building and all of their future needs.


Although I am only hearing of this issue now, my position is all about our customers knowing they are appreciated and receiving great customer service! I would truly like for you to give us another chance. Please feel free to call me directly,  I would be happy to assist you personaly.
