Planes United Van Lines Movers refuse to cover damage to our hardwood floors Aurora Illinois

Never use this moving company.  They damaged our hardwood floors with their dolly and refuse to cover the damage the wheels did to the floors.    Also don't believe anything they say.  PRomises, Promises.  They promised due to teh size of our shipment, we would have our own truck.  Wrong.  Our stuff did not fit because someone elses stuff was on the truck.  We did not get the 2nd shipment of stuff for 3 weeks,  Had they done what they promised, I wouldn't be here writing this review.  It was on the 2nd day when they returned to pick up the overflow that they had no regard to protecting our floors.  WE have about $3000 damage done to the floors.
