Planet 7 online casino False advertising horrible customer service Internet

 I have nothing but trouble with receiving the couple payouts that I actually won after depositing way more. The site says 3 days to approve, 7 business days for payout sent to processors. This has never been the case. The 2 most recent payouts have been over 30 business days. I am still waiting on one. I requested 775 on April 18th and got the run around, awful customer service, told false things constantly, wasted tons of my time checking in the payout until I finally received 732.50 on June 2nd. With another $15 wire transfer fee taken off of the already lowered amount. I am now waiting on another for $600. I requested it 5/4 the site says 3 days to approve and mine was only approved 5/29. More lies, more run around and still 6/15 do not have the payout . Keep being told it should be sent in the next couple days for the last few weeks. They are rude, never live up to timeframe stated in the site "false advertising" and I'm sure there a quite a bit more illegal things going on. Not only would I like my payout in the time promised but at this point i would love to be able to recoup all the money I ever deposited with them. It has been nothing but lies, rudeness, headaches and more lies. Do not do business with plant 7 or silver oak their sister company. Silver oak i waited over 4 months for a payout. They told me it was sent and I should have it and when I said i did not receive it, they made me send bank statements proving I did not get it and then had to wait even longer. Once I get my latest payout I will be closing both accounts. Total rip off!!!!
