I have ordered cigarettes from this company for 3 years, with no problem. I placed an order 11/10/04, received a confirmation from them but never received the order. When I went online to track the order, I was dismayed to find that the website was no longer there, a new one was up, with an email address to check on previous orders that had not been received.

I have emailed repeatedly but cannot get a response from them. I emailed the Webmaster and John Trader (the shipping company) and cannot get a response from them.
They got me for $139.50. There should be a law against internet rip-off companies.

Also, I think after having done business with them for so long, I at least deserve an email. This has really taught me a lesson.
