Planet Fitness Austin at West Anderson Lane continued to charge my acct for several months after my cancellation. The assistant manager said "This place wouldn't be in business if we didn't charge people who don't come here." I went to Planet Fitness Austin and tried to get a refund and they told me they would continue to charge my acct. until I paid $20.83. Planet Fitness Austin is a scam.

If proper proof is presented and you fix your statement and explain the truth as to why you can not be canceled with a delinquent account, a full refund for the months not used including late fee's will be given.
