Planet Fitness Lacey WA Complete RIP OFF.. I visit fam in WA came there for approx 2.5 weeks. Asked front desk if I could but a 10 day pass.. no problem to pay 30 -50. BUT no was told there is a SPECIAL for 1.80 just sign up and xcl before I leave. Well I have INTEGRITY and did not want to rip the gym off. Instead I came back to AZ and once I got the 27.00 bill - I called and they told me they needed a letter to cancel . Which I did . SO NOW i see a bill for another 27.00 then an annual (wtf) ANNUAL 58. fee. I call and leave a message for MGR to call me and NO answer. Planet Fitness I terminated my membership with them on 1/20/17. I left them with letter stating it was my last day as athing a member. The person did something at the computer and said that was it. They did not give my anthing. In June I found out that they were still taking money out of my bank account. When I called them they said I had not terminated my membership. I had to come in and do it again. They refused to refund me my money from 1/20/17. Somerset New Jersey
