My wife and are searching the internet for a used car for her and she finds the one she wants at Randell Reed's Planet Ford at Hwy 59. So she feels out a credit app. online and is contacted by salesman (kid) Zack. He states that she is approved with 20% down. Yes she has credit issues. So we drive three hours to the dealership to test drive and possible buy this car. We get there, and start the whole process and Zack looks for the car and says it was just sold that morning. So after going over my wife's credit, he flips us to a new car and my wife picks out a 09 Mustang GT. So here come's the number game. Price of car: 29,586 financed for 72 months, with 18% interest. (Yes wife has a lot of credit issues) Payment of 720 a month. Oh and that is with a total of 6,500 down. Drive Financial is the finance company that picked my wife up. (They are all over rip off report) Drive has a 4500 fee that is charged to the dealer, and it's against the law for the customer to directly pay that fee. The deal got kicked back. So no Mustang for wife. Drove back home and started doing the math. The deal got kicked back due to them taking the 4500 fee out of the down payment, showing our down payment of 2000. By now I'm very angry. So I call Planet Dodge 59 across the freeway, and talk to another sales person. I told her my wife found a certain car on there website and wanted to know if the car is still there. She checked, said it was still there. I asked if she could physically see the car, she said yes.

So I hope I wrote clearly enough for people to understand just what kind of dealership this is. With the car dealers all crying about low sales in this economy, consumers still have to put up with piece of crap dealerships like this one.
