These guys are so efficient they hustle you so flawlessly that they can't be prosecuted. They know what the law is and they figured out how to get around it.  You won't know until 30 days after you leave the dealership that you've got a list of warranties and bogus repair charges added to your financing documents, in my case to the tune of 5K!

If you start snooping around before your 3 day right of recission has expired, GOOD LUCK GETTING THEM TO TALK TO YOU!  They won't.

After the 3 day clause has expired, they might or might not talk to you.  Don't expect to find your salesperson, because by this time they have "nobody by that name working there."

You may or may not get a copy of the sales contract. I didn't. I naively assumed it was in the bundle of papers they handed me. When I tried to get them to send me one, they did not, would not.

Finally, my attorney insisted Planet fax her a copy from there dealership records, and then procurred a copy of the contract from the financial institution involved (which, by the way, shouldn't have approved the loan to begin with.) The copy sent to us by the bank turned out to be different than the copy sent by the dealership.  Still, months later, the states attorney's office determined there wasn't enough evidence against Planet Nissan, Planet Nissan Subaru, or Planet Jeep (whatever they're calling themselves now!) to bring a case against them. Of course, they already knew this!

AS THE CORPORATIONS THAT THEY REPRESENT, in my opinion.

*Anyone can 'Google' this- BROCK O'BOMB-A POEM, and that should take you to where- "LAW FIRM POEM" is posted, along with many others.

WELCOME TO AMERICA- IN FRAUD WE TRUST

P.S. 'Google' this- AUTO DEALER LOUIS F HARRELSON TO PLEAD GUILTY, and read all of the related articles on the web. The FBI was involved in this case, weren't they? Perhaps you might want to alert the FBI about your matter and let them know about your states attorney's office also, right?
