planet petrolieum k&m auto repair scam artist no care for childrens safety taunton Massachusetts

 it was two tires wrong size and several plugs not four and two days of work missed and the men at sonoco only took once to put the tires on the rim maybe they should go get some lessons or go back to mechanics classes/school aswell my boyfriend went with him to help with the tow and like i said it was from hitting a huge pot hole getting onto the highway off exit 13B going NORTH and i pulled rite over than a state trooper helped me get to the breakdown lane which then left my van next to the 13B on ramp and the very next day that part of the highway was fixed as the state trooper said a simular situation had happend the day before like i said scam artist and obviously dont care about childrens safety because if they did when i went baxk there myself should he not have told me hey one of the tires i put on is going to fall apart so watch out no he says he did me a favor please keep you favors to your self u scum bag again thanks to the men at sonoco who made me feel safe in my car as i had to drive a whole week feeling unsafe thanks to these scam artist four tires WHAT A LAUGH four tires for 200 and a tow now if anyone on here dont see that thats b.s is crazy it was two tires wrong size with several plugs torn inside you seen a young couple and took advantage and what does not haveing much money have anything to do with any of this they took advantage plane and simple obviously i hade enough money to pay 200 for a tow that should have been 65 at the most pluse it to be fixed correctly by sonoco im glad they work good for you though

 the tow was from the exit 13 B mile marker first off and as i said when i called a different tow place they quoted me 65 dollars idk which way dighton is wich is a laugh in its self that u would post that and second off i just paid 100 dollars at sonoco gas station in taunton who also said they would have only charged 60 dollars yes the rims were shitty BUT they managed just fine and did it in less than an hr so please lets get real and to top it off when they took off one of the tires they said i was lucky i came in when i did xause it was shereded inside and had several plugs in the tire and they had never seen a tire with so many plugs so yeah they care so much for famlies safety again lets get real you guys are scam artist and jerk offs after i talked to neighbors and ppl familiar with taunton they said they wish i told them cause they would have told me to stay away but i wont respond any further i said what i had to my car is running smooth thanks to sonoco NICE PEOPLE SO NICE I TIPED THEM 50$$ i will get the word around in every way i xan on how shoty these scam artist are its funny your post says we care then your a customer which one is it though again lets get real!! shoty, careless make a buck any way you can jerk offs

 I'm very sorry this woman feels this way BUT I was there getting work done on my car when this woman's gold van was brought in. They were very busy like always and when the gentleman that took off the first tire got the actual rubber off the rim the rim was very bubbled around the crease where the tire should seal to the rim. I specifically heard one the workers tell the young kid I'm assuming the boyfriend that was with the van the there is a problem with Chrysler rims. They have some sort of clear coat on the rim that bubbles after many years and causes the rims and tire to not seal properly allowing air to leak out slowly. The owner told the young man that the rims were no good and would help a little better if he wanted new tires instead of used and he insisted there was no need for new tires. Then the owner told him again there was a defect in the Chrysler rims and showed him and took a pic so the kid could show the woman owner. The k&m worker took the tires off and put back on 9 or 10 times just while I was there the first day. The second day they can back with the tires all bubbled and no good also with a nail in it Which I observed while I was picking up my car. I am 33 yrs old and have been bringin my cars and trucks to k&m for 15 yrs. I have never had a problem and they have always made sure my car was fixed correctly.

Sometimes I guess people don't understand that things cost money and if you don't "have the money" to fix them correctly maybe you should look at yourself instead of the mechanic. Also I have never heard of a tow company charging any less than 100 for towning thru 2 or 3 different towns. From 24 to almost the Dighton line. Idk but seems to me like someone is a little mad that they're boyfriend is the one who screwed up and he just doesn't want to take responsibility for it. A tow and not 2 but 4 tires due to her driving around while they we're low. All for under 200. Doesn't sound like a rip off to me.
