This company charged my rent phone on incoming calls and calls made from that company to $2000. The company said that this phone rental is VERY AFFORDABLE. How is $2000 very affordable? My mom complained about it and demanded discounts, but the manager won't approve. Instead of making this easier for me and my mom, the manager made it worse. My mom asked " How can this happen?" then the manager replied " Ask your daughter. She's the one who used it.That's what happen when you send kids to use a cell phone." What nerve?!

I didn't even call that much! Also, I'm not a kid. I'm 19 years old and soon to turn 20 . I also attend an public Ivy League school, so that means I'm not stupid enough to do a thing like thing like this.On the phone bill, some of the charges there doesn't even have numbers next to it! So, that technically means that they charged me on unknown numbers. How can I be charged on something that I don't know the number to?

Also, the company doesn't even have an address on their website! No exact phone numbers for managers or certain employees, just a 1-888 number. That means that this company wants to have as much limited contact as possible. That means something is up. This company is also not BBB certified, so there's a possible chance that it's a scam.
