Plaque Blast Totally misleading. Over Charged. Scare tactics Internet

I recently saw an ad on TV for Plaque blast. The ad said that there was a buy one get one free special. I have purchased Plaque Blast in the past, and was happy with the product. So I wanted to re-purchase for my dog. But I didn't write the number down so I looked it up on the internet. The Plaque Blast website said that they had a special even better than the tv offer - free shipping! So I decided to purchase. As it turns out, the website is a total scam.

My first indication that something was wrong was that there was no icon that this was going to be a secure internet purchase, but I stupidly I proceeded. The first screen asks for your information, including credit card info; then you are taken to another page. That is where you indicate how many you want to purchase. I said one. A window popped up and said that if I order 2, I will get free shipping. But I proceeded with one Plaque Blast. Then another window popped up and said, " our shipping process can take up to 6 weeks. Would you like to order priority shipping for and additional $9.95?" First of all, why does it take 6 weeks to ship to me? So of course I said "no". At this point, I just want to cancel my order because I can just go to the Pet Store and buy Plaque Blast for $13.00 and not wait 6 weeks. But there is no place on the website to cancel your order. Funny, I could add another Plaque Blast to my order, but I could not cancel my order. There is also a large warning sign that says "do not hit your back button. this could cause a delay in your order." So I go ahead and proceed. When I get to the final page, there are two additional $6.00 fees plus a shipping fee added to the total. So now my $9.95 Plaque Blast adds up to $23 dollars. Why are there $12 in "fees", and why is it going to take 6 weeks? This is so misleading and I am so worried that they have my credit card info. I do not trust them at all.
