BEWARE RENTER, REAL ESTATE AGENT, CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, EMPLOYEES
This one man shoe is a joke. He changes the companies that work for him every other month. He won't pay them!! AVI ZALMAN the lying crook, has had 20 different real estate agents. He won't pay commissions. Cannot keep good relationships with employees, renters, real estate agents, construction companies.
DEMANDS deposits and work done upfront.... over 60 days late to pay contractors. Gets the cheapest deals by grinding down pricing. Homes done cheap as possible.
Internal electrical problems. Fire hazards. Water pipes breaking in multiple homes.
AVI ZALMAN crook with steal all money, all deposits, lie lie and then lie!
He is not our to rent or sell homes . AVI Zalman, Plasim Homes, D'Aria Couture is out to STEAL DEPOSITS. That is how he makes money.
Avi Zalman made 150,00 + in stealing deposits last year alone!!!!
