Platinum Auto Brokers Ben Sonkin Consignment Company Steals My Car Los Angeles California

I had to move back east after I lost my job in California. I drove with my fiance in her car and left my car with her parents. After determining that I couldn't afford to ship it home, I contacted several consignment brokers. Platinum Auto brokers had all the right answers so I decided to leave my Infinty with him. It was dropped off and all of the contracts were signed through Fed Ex. After a few months the great price kept on dropping. He finally found a buyer and had me sign over Power of Attorney so he could pay off the car and recsive the title. I was waiting for my check to come when I received a call from my lending institution.... my payment was late. He never paid off my car. I immediately revoked POA. He refused to answer any calls. We disscovered that although he advertised as fully bonded and insured, he wasn't.  I am still paying my car payments and insurance on a car that I have no idea where it is.  I have no recourse. Totally screwed.  No help after hiring an attoney, they just want more and more money.  This guy is a bottom feeder. I cam't even go buy a car becuse I can't afford one and no one will lend me more money.
