This company stole $129.95 out of my personal bank account, which was information they already had. The supervisors are hostile and unwilling to listen to my complaints. One went so far as to call me a liar when I tried to tell him I did not authorize any monies being withdrawn from my account. He said they had me on tape, which they refused to let me hear until a certain day. I know what my conversation was with their sales representative. I said "no, no, no" on the tape. When I finally had the opportunity to listen to the tape, I'm heard saying "yes" to this ridiculous offer. That is not what I said!
This company is a thief, a fraud. I was told I would have the opportunity to review the offer in writing and to "look it over" to see if I accepted or rejected the offer. I never had that opportunity because about one week after their call, I noticed they stole the money out of my account. Trying to deal with anyone there is impossible. I was told I could say anything I wanted about what I said until I was "blue in the face" but the only thing that mattered was what I said on tape. I know the tape has been edited/altered. The sales rep even stopped the tape and explained some bogus crap to me and replayed the tape. The company now says it's impossible for anyone to stop the tape like that. They won't even let you listen to it when you request to. You have to call back on Thursday or Friday during a one hour period. When I asked to listen to the tape again because I was sure I did not hear "non-refundable" on the recording, I was denied. The validity of those tapes must be put into question if you are denied the opportunity to listen to them on demand and if the sales rep can INDEED stop the tape at their discretion, which is what happened to me.
This company must be stopped. You must immediately go to your bank and dispute the charge. you must file a complaint with every agency even if it gets you no where. I filed a complaint with PBG's local Better Business Bureau and guess what? They have an UNSATISFACTORY record with their BBB. They've had over 250 complaints filed against them. Contact the FTC and the Florida's Attorney General's Office. Contact your states Attorney General's Office and file a complaint. And contact me at flipflopron@yahoo.com or 760-375-3407. I'm so glad I found this site. I suggest a class action lawsuit. Anyone else?

PBG returned stolen money

Today I received copies of letters PBG had written to their local Better Business Bureau and their state's Attorney General in response to my complaints. Guess what? They said they were returning the $129.95 they took from me as a "courtesy" even though I authorized them to take it. I didn't, but I'm happy that I'm getting my money back. Actually, last week, my bank credited the amount back to my checking account because I disputed the charge.
So, if you've been ripped off by PBG, harrass them. Call them everyday like I did to demand your money back. Immediately go to your bank and stop payment or dispute the charge and write and complain to Florida's Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. If you need any contact information for these agencies, email me and I'll gladly point you in the right direction.

don't be put on hold

Don't be put on hold by calling PBG's 866 number. Instead, call and inundate their parent company National Business Communications/Digitel Network Corporation with your complaints. It's not a toll free number however.
1-727-450-0200
Call. Tell them you've been ripped off and you want your money back. Call everyday to remind them. Don't take "no" for an answer.
