I responded to an ad in the Redlands Daily Facts that sounded something very close to, "We are looking for managers/asst managers to help run new locations." I'm sure there was a no experience needed/will train in there as well.

I called the company and left a message. After about a week, and completely forgetting that I had called this place, Liz Nowicki gave me a call. While we are talking, I recognize Safety Dance by Men Without Hats playing rather loudly in the background. It doesn't alarm me.

I was then instructed to call back and speak with Mark Gray. Before I go any further, Liz Nowicki is the Branch Manager and originates from North Carolina and Arkansas. Mark Grey is a Regional/Diviosnal Manager and originates from San Antonio, TX. He has also has offices including C&S Marketing in Fresno (which has been reported on this site) as well as other locations including Tulsa, OKLAHOMA.

So I called Mark, and he immediately tried to set me up for a quick 10 minute interview. I went in the next day, and had my interview with Wild 96.1 playing loudly in the background.

Mark told me that if he liked me, I would receive a call from him later that day. I got the call and was asked to come in for a second interview that would last 2 hours, and I should "dress to impress."

During the first interview, led by Mark Grey, we were told to write down the names of 100 people we new. Not really caring at that point, I wrote down everbody in my family, including toddlers. Then we are asked, "How man of you would like to walk out of here tomorrow with an extra $500 in your pocket?" DUH!!!!!!!!!!!

So he starts talking about how this not a pyramid scheme like Kirby Vacuums, or multi-level marketing. Then he moves on to telling us that this is not door to door, in home, or telemarketing. At this point I'm asking myself, how do they sell this stuff then?

Now we're having a contest. FFAAR (Friends Family Associates Acquaintances and Relatives), these are the people we are targeting that night. So what do I do? I go home, hop on the phone (tele-marketing), visit my aunts house (in-home), and go through my neighborhood (door to door), trying to win a $1,000 bonus for selling the most. At this point, I am more concerned about winning the grand than what I did the night before being exactly what Mark told us we wouldn't be doing.

Each bottle is $30, you give them 20 of it, and you make 10. I sold 20 bottles, made $200, and sold more than everyone else. But, I didn't get $1,000. Why? Because Mark said that we had a group goal of 250, and that was not met. In order for the top seller to get that $1,000, the group would have had to meet or exceed that goal.

I swear he said nothing about that when he was explaining the contest, and nobody else in our "class" or "group" seemed to remember it either. But, stupid as I am, I continued to go back. Now, each day, 2-3 people don't come back. They were referred to as the weak ones.

Mark sets the remaing individuals into groups of 2 or 3 with one of this "trainers." I went on my first day with Liz and another person from my group. We drove MY truck, I wasn't comensated for gas, and we walked around my town hitting gas stations, fast food, mechanics, car dealerships, liquor stores, you name it. We also bug just about everybody on the street.

I wound up selling nothing that day, so, I made no money that day. The next day, I go out with just Liz. We cover a three mile stretch of a busy street in a nearby city. Again, my truck, and four bucks for gas money this day. I managed to sell four.

One thing you will realize if you happen to get caught up with one of these companies is that, while you are supposed to sell for $30, you are encouraged to let them go for no less than $20. Each day there is a group goal and bonuses. So, you let a bottle go for $20, you make no money off of it, and you just hope that your group collects on that bonus so that you have some money in your pocket.

My fourth day, I leave on a "Fun Car." This is where we take MY truck, drive for about an hour, sell out there, get a room for the night, and sell again the next day. The places we go to are supposedly proven hot-spots for selling perfume... Hiding behind a tree in the Wal-Mart parking lot, being careful to stay away from the front of the store, and hiding from security is not my idea of a hot spot.

Mark and Liz both told me and the group that they paid for the gas and the room. My trainer for the fun car told me that we all had to chip in to pay for gas. I was like, what the !@#$!!!!!!! He said, don't worry, you get your money back when you sell a bottle. Since I put in $20 for gas, I figured I would just keep all of the money from my first transaction.

No, not really. I sold my first bottle, and told the trainer that I was going to keep the money to pay myself back. He said, no, we have to meet a goal and then you can get your money back. I asked him, what if we don't meet that goal?, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

I managed to sell 7 bottles that day. I should have $70 in my pocket, plus 20 more for the gas. I would estimate that I had maybe $15 in my pocket from letting them all go for cheap. Remember, I was trying to reach our group goal, and collect a $200 bonus.

Then I learned that we also had to chip in for the room because we didn't hit out "Room Bottle." So, there's a "gas bottle" and a "room bottle." Both are a numerical goal of bottles that should be sold. So we pass a Motel 6 as we are entering "territory" - the place we stop and try to sell - and the trainer says that's where we are staying tonight.

At that point, I got mad. I said look F*&^%er, don't you think we could stay somewhere a little cheaper so we don't have to spend so much money? And he says that he knows how to get rooms for cheap, and that we always stay at Motel 6. Okay, company policy I guess.

Well, this is how you get rooms for cheap. I guess Motel 6 won't allow more than two people to stay in a room. Well we have 3 people. Hmmm.. Anyway, so the trainer goes to the front desk and says, hey we have a sick person and we would like for them to stay in the room with us so we can keep an eye on them. They usually oblige, and two people have to share a bed.

I really wasn't going for this job at that point. I announced that I would be leaving, and stranding the both of them in Hemet, CA (about 45 minutes from home for me) and that they could figure out how to get a ride back on their own. I didn't want anything else to do with this d**n operation.

I turned in all of my remaining bottles, and politely asked for my $20 for gas. "Well, I had to pay for the room." I was trying seriously hard not to toss him over the second floor railing. I said, look, I'm not staying in this room tonight, and I will not pay for you two to stay here. He just shrugged his shoulders again.

A few other minor details. While at the Motel, my trainer tried to call Mark to tell him I was leaving. Mark could not be reached.

I guess I'm stupid or something, but to me, if I was a business man, and I had people staying the night anywhere, I would be reachable. You know, in case of an emergency or something, but like I said, I'm stupid. Also, Mark was not reachable for the next two days, and my voicemail messages were not returned.

I finally got a hold of him and asked to come in and speak with him. He agreed, and I went in. This is two days ago, Monday May 2nd. Realizing that it was a job where I could make money, I asked him for my job back.
At this point, I'm thinking, I'll just do this crap while I find a new job. I also requested that he give my $20. He did.

I came in the next day, Tuesday the 3rd. Surprise Suprise, after only one week in the business, I've been promoted to trainer. Tuesday's assignment: Take one new person, since a new group of about 25 starts each week, and another trainer that has been there longer than me, take MY truck and hit territory and show the new person how to sell.

I said to hell with this. I promptly dropped those two individuals back at the office, turned in my 15 bottles of cologned and left without saying a word. I was not given any type of gas money either.

If you actually read all of this, you are either agreeing with me because you fell for the same scam, or you are a very wise individual who decided to research the company before taking the bait.

I want to thank you for reading this, and I am willing to join a class-action suit against either Platinum Marketing, or Scentura Creations.

A brief timeline of my employment there:
I don't remember when I called them, and I don't remember when they called me.
Thursday, April 21st is when I interviewed.
Friday, April 22nd was my 2nd interview.
Monday, April 25th was my first day.
Thursday, April 28th is when I left for the funcar and quit.
Monday, May 2nd is when I got my job back
Tuesday, May 3rd is when I quit for good.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

By the way spell my name right,ITS GRAY DAVE!!!!!"

This may be quite some time late but Mark, if you want to drop names of vehicles behind your creditability of success, then please by all means drive your Mercedes-Benz E-500 to Cleveland, OH or I may drive my Ferrari F-430 to your area although an F-430 is possibly a dime a dozen in California. Besides Mark, I can buy you if I like.

the apple doesnt fall far from the tree, im talking about mark being the tree and curtis being the bad apple. mark sure knows how to twist what dave has to say about scentura and totally avoid the whole issue about how they dont have any credibility with thier unrealistic speaches in the so called "training meetings".

i still remember that first day when i went in for the interview thinking it was going to be a real professional enviroment with a legitimate business. to my surprise, the whole office had crap everywhere, nothing seemed to be in any kind of order. when i saw the poor condition that the whole office space was in i knew there was something wrong. plus the day to day repeating unrealistic speaches about making tons of money with the company from curtis culpepper at c&s marketing.

as i took notes i started to see his repeated pattern of brainwashing tactics being absolutely vague about what the whole job was going to be until the 3rd day. then there was fun cars. this is where it really hit me that this company wasnt all that curtis talked about. those dam managers supposedly were making so much money but most of them didnt even have a decent car. and then they insisted on using my car supposedly to learn how to work territory correctly. in the back of my head i was like yea right , yall are so broke working for curtis you cant even afford gas or even your own car.

ANYBODY EVEN THINKING OF GOING TO THAT SECOND INTERVIEW UR JUST WASTING ALL UR TIME. ITS ONE BIG GAMBLE THAT YOU'LL NEVER WIN FROM . THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT ARE MAKING ANY MONEY IF ANY ARE CURTIS AND MARK SINCE THEY HIRE LOADS OF "FRESH BAIT" EVERY WEEK TO MAKE MONEY FROM.

Another Follow Up

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, March 25, 2007

It's coming up on two years since I split Platinum Marketing / Scentura Creations. I just wanted to add that I think it's funny just how many reports have shown up on this site. Everything is the same. All locations are run the same way. The only difference is the name of the individual "company." When I decided to do something about my experience, I did the research on my own and found this website. It's not like we're all talking to each other, conspiring to bring this institution down, altough we should. Every new report that I read causes me to laugh. Not at the pain of the individual, I know it all too well. But at the stories. They are ALL THE SAME.

FFAAR, 500 bucks here, they were the weak ones, you guys did the worst in company history, fun cars, no compensation for gas, your boss drives a bad-a*s car and has a cool pad with a big TV all because he works for Scentura Creations selling knock-off perfume on the streets.

My "Regional Manager" drove a silver, piece of s**t, Mitsubishi Eclipse, in his words "the bad a*s turbo one out front." Not very impressive.

So anyways people, if you read this, I hope it's because the one phone call alone was enough to alarm you and you decided to look this place up.

And if you do read this before your "interview," take the knowledge you gained from my article and others like it and just screw with their heads. Show up to the interview and have fun. Sound innocent, but make all these points. They'll probably kick you out and call you weak.

The deal

AUTHOR: David - (United States Minor Outlying Islands)

POSTED: Monday, November 13, 2006

I was involved with a company similar to this. They carried different products, mainly flashlights, disney books, spotlights all kinds of fun stuff (some stuff good, some stuff shitty.)

There are ups and downs, negatives and positives. The truth is, it is a system. Its not necessarily a scam, its a definite system that works to make you money. I was with my company for a couple months... i made more money than i did with any other job. i worked a lot more too. I learned a LOT. i was under some very smart people. they were also kind of scummy, but i used them while they were using me.

Truth of the process; these companies put in many many ads in the newspapers under different categories and ideas. if the ad is vague, and it sounds like a really cool job, chances are its the same category.

you answer, and the receptionist (who also went through all the sales) sells you on an interview. she tells you you have to come in the next day. you dont have to. there are 6 - 15 people interviewed per day. the interviewer will tell you that there are 30-40 people applying only 5 will come back. basically, if you can drive, you have the job. and if youre not a d****ebag that doesnt want to work. they tell you come in tomorrow for the next interview, youre special, we like you.

the next day is your day of observation, you see what happens. if you dont implode during this process, you have the job. Basically, whoever is hiring you is trying to sell you on the job. they call it closing the interview (closing the deal) in the backroom.

basically after that, they train you.. they WANT you to do well. they want you to be able to sell and make money, because if you make money, they make money. MAKE SURE you put your foot down as far as gas goes. tell them aright, you have 5 bucks on it? when you pull up to the pump. They will try to get a lot out of you, you have to be smart. and getting involved in this business will teach you how to be smart, because lol youre kind of being attacked (or feel like it) in a million different directions.

You do well in sales, and you start training. after training/hiring 3 or so successful people, you begin to make overrides on their sales. thats money in your pocket.. lots. dont know the exact percentage, i thikn its like a dollar profit they make you make one too.. something like that. by this time, youre making a lot of money.

too make a long story a little shorter, you can make some decent cash. you work f**king hard, but you earn it. it really makes you feel good about yourself, it makes you feel like you can do something. it does take a skill, it teaches you this skill too. you become more confident, learn to think on your feet better etc. im not sure if this company is the same as mine, but while i am not working with the company anymore, im more loyal to this company than any other i've worked for, and they were more shady than anyone ive worked for. you just have to be ready for whats happening and be ok that its going on.

Always good to research

AUTHOR: Heather - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 20, 2006

I too answered the ad this past week. I went to the first interview and was accepted for a second. Like Dave, I was surprised to hear the same song I was listening to as I pulled up, playing on the radio loudly as I entered the office. The same exact statements that 'mark' made were made to me. I have a second interview tomorrow. Due to the great deal of ambiguity surrounding what the job entails, I proceeded to research.I was never told that ANY sales would be involved. I was tld verbatum"You will be trained as a manager or supervisor to be responsible for making sure that other are taking care of inventory, filing, and invoices." Never any mention of outside sales. I was also told during the interview that "scentura is a multi-million dollar distributor of brand name perfumes. We are expanding rapidly with new offices popping up all over the map.We need to train assistance, managers, and supervisors to be in charge of these offices". Again, very vague, yet very deceptive. I am very thankful that I came upon this report. It will save me a great deal of time and $10 gas it takes to drive to the appointment. I will call tomorrow and inform the associates that I am now longer interested and am aware that it is a scam. If I can be of any further assistance, feel free to contact me.

Take Three!

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

You truly are amazing. Wow, I've got to hand it to you, you still are the biggest dumb-*** I know. Mercedes huh? Well, I'm not quite sure I believe that, but even if I do, it proves nothing against the original message that I was trying to convey.

Actually, the original message that I was trying to convey was that you guys lied. Maybe you did, maybe you didn't. If I had know that in a little over a years time I could have been driving a Mercedes, I might have stayed around.

However, I am much much smarter than that. I have the ability, unlike some of the other dumb a**es that walk in there looking for a bomb a** management job, to see things for what they really are.

Mark, right now, I have a Commercial Pilot's License. During the days I am a Manager, yes a real one, for American Airlines Operations, over at Ontario International Airport. I drive a brand new BMW 7-series, and can drive it all over that d*** airport if I really wanted to.

At nights I fly cargo, to rack up my hours. On the weekends, the ones I don't work for American, I teach people to fly, those counts as hours for me as well.

When I'm all done with that, I'll get hired buy a major airline, probably American, and make more money in a day then ever selling perfume would have.

The problem with you guys is that you made us feel stupid. Stupid prior to having come on with Platinum Marketing. We had to be trainable so that you could brain-wash into doing something so simple, yet so un-productive.

One of the things that influenced me most was my family. When I told them about my new management position, teaching dumb a**es how to sell fake perfume on the streets, they laughed at me. It really sinks in when Harvard grads laugh at you.

That's nothing against my family, I'm glad they all laughed at me. Now, they are proud and most importantly I am proud of myself. When I was with Platinum Marketing, I wasn't proud of myself, I had no reason to be.

Steady income is better than sporadic income.

So, that's where I'm at Mark GRAY. And who the hell is Curtiss? I don't remember him. I remember Vincent the *********, I'm sure he's not around anymore, not after I scared the living day lights out of him in San Jacinto.

Anyways, the more I talk to you, the more I get pissed at you. I think I'll just ingore any further postings.

Oh and as for my girlfriend, she's 19, 18 when you met her. She drives an Acura.

I'm sure you've subscribed to this posting, and will have recieved an e-mail notifying you of my new posting, so read on.

Understand this. My story does not fall under the category of isolated. There are many others out there that tell the same story.

It's amazing that you actually responded to this, a year later, but hey, it's a response.

How many people from my "group" lasted? How many from the next group and the next group and so on and so on?

What pissed me off the most were the lies, not the nature of the work itself.

You pointed out things like, Larry? I think that's his name, anyway, his own private business jet. I know a thing or two or twelve or a million about the aviation industry. It took me 3 seconds of research to know that you lied about that.

Plus, the picture of his "private jet" was so obviously taken from a magazine.

What I wrote was an opinion, one shared by many, and one protected by the Constitution.

As for your title, TELL THE TRUTH, I stated nothing but the truth. So anyways, have a nice life. I've moved on to certainly bigger and better things, all without the help of Platinum Marketing or Scentura Creations.

Platinum Marketing is gone!!!

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 12, 2005

A few weeks ago, I was in the area around Platinum Marketing's office and decided that it would be worth cruising by to see if they were still operational. Near as I could tell, I was doing 50 mph, they were no longer there.

It still amazes me to this day that the parent company, Scentura Creations, is still in business.

How to easily shut down world perfume / Scentura distributors

AUTHOR: Jd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, May 08, 2005

GOOD LUCK DAVID, LET ME KNOW HOW IT GOES, YOU SEEM LIKE A SMART GUY. IF THE COMPANY ITSELF DOESN'T HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE, IT WOULD BE EVEN EASIER TO SHUT THEM DOWN.

TYPE IN "SCENTURA" and get the 20 plus articles on scentura.

http://ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=36647

An easy way to shut down your local World Perfume or Scentura office

How our efforts CLOSED a local World Perfume distributor in less than two months

In October-November 2002, Waterfront Design, a distributor of World Perfume advertised in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News.

I responded to one of these ads, within 5 days, I learned that World Perfume was a fraud.

Within two months we had closed down Waterfront Design.

I had written letters to:
*The classifieds, with supporting evidence (BEST WAY)

Remember: Scentura and World Perfume distributors survive on new trainees to respond to fraudulent advertisements in the classifieds every week for as long as the business is open.

In early December it appeared that Waterfront Designs could no longer afford to pay a secretary, and their weekly meetings had been interrupted. Waterfront Design also appeared to advertise much less frequently.

In late December Waterfront Designs telephone number was shut off, and the business was CLOSED!

UPDATE: Another Distributor closed by stopping classified advertising:
In July of 2004 we learned that Commercial Wholesale, a HUGE Scentura distributor at the top of Scentura Pyramid had been closed down because it had been barred from advertising in major Salt Lake newspapers.

OTHER INSPIRING STORIES OF PEOPLE
WHO SHUT DOWN A PERFUME DISTRIBUTOR

HOW TO SHUT DOWN YOUR LOCAL WORLD PERFUME / SCENTURA

What YOU can do

Getting [Scentura and World Perfume distributors] kicked out of the newspaper [classifieds] would be about the biggest problem you could cause. I once got kicked out of the paper in DC and it took me almost a year of advertising in the smaller, local papers before I could finally get them to let me back in. Big hassle.--Mike Barrick, Scentura distributor for ten years

I think an effective way is to cut their ability to advertise for the distribution centers. If a dist. center forgets to run its ads for a week it really hurts them for about 5 weeks due to not having new people start and sell to their friends and families. I have considered complaining to the local paper here, telling them I went on an interview and realized they aren't really hiring, just looking for independent contractors. If someone complains sternly enough the papers will at the least investigate to protect their reputation.

In some cities Scentura offices are very restricted on what they can print in the ads (In the Chicago Tribune they have to say marketing in their ads, in some papers they have to put sales, ind. contractor, etc.).
-Traci, former Scentura distributor

I encouraged people to use the anger and bitterness that they had toward either World Perfume and Scentura, in positive ways, preventing other people from being lied to and mislead.

I have a FLYER and PETITION to the NEWSPAPER that the classified ads run in which you can print.

You could have people in your training group sign the petition, with their names, addresses, and telephone numbers.

This petition would go to your local newspaper that advertised your local World Perfume or Scentura distributor in their classifieds, complaining about how fraudulent your local World Perfume or Scentura distributors are. My local distributor, and two other distributors were forced to change their advertising after I wrote a letter to the classifieds.

Scentura and World Perfume must continue to recruit people every week to survive. That is the crux of the pyramid scam. If they are barred from advertising in your local classifieds, the pyramid collapses, and these distribution centers will shut down, one by one.

THREE EASY STEPS TO STOPPING CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING IN YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER

Step 1: Cordial letter to the newspaper classifieds (Scentura)
Step 1: Cordial letter to the newspaper classifieds (World Perfume)
Step 2: Threatening letter to the newspaper classifieds
Step 3: Letter to other local news sources in your city

Dear ______________,

My name is _______________.

On ________ (DATE)________ I applied for a job in your classifieds:

________________________________

________________________________(TYPE COMPLETE ADVERTISEMENT(S) HERE)

I found out that this company is fraudulently advertising in your classifieds. This company is actually a distributor of Scentura perfumes. Scentura is an Atlanta based perfume company that runs a "pyramid sales scheme". (This is according to a ruling of the Appellate Court Of Illinois, Second District, see attached article)

Scentura sells imitation perfume to distributors across the country. All distributors must sign independent contractor licenses stating that the parent company is not liable for anything illegal or unethical that the distributors do.

There is no MANAGEMENT RECEPTIONIST (CHOOSE ONE) position available with this company. When I arrived for training, the company wanted me to:
-sell perfume to my family and friends,
-sell perfume in parking lots illegally without a business license, and
-lie to customers that this perfume was authentic when it is an imitation.
There was no office work involved with this company. It is a 100% commission job.

The managers of this business where incredibly deceitful, and lied throughout the entire interview.
(YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXAMPLES HERE-
FOR EXAMPLE:
MENTION THE FEE FOR THE BOGUS BACKGROUND CHECK,
THE FEE FOR THE PERFUME STARTER KIT,
THE PROMISE OF A LARGE YEARLY SALARY )

Scentura Distributors survive by advertising the same deceitful advertisements every week. The RECEPTIONIST MANAGEMENT (CHOOSE ONE) position, which is advertised in your classifieds, will never be filled. Every week this Scentura distributor will advertise in your classifieds.

Every week new young adults will answer these deceitful ads and be promised a management position at a later date after 'initial training', which lasts several weeks. This 'initial training' is selling perfume in parking lots and door to door to business illegally without a peddler's permit. The vast majority find out this is a scam and quit within the first two weeks, those who stay get a percentage of the sales of the new recruits and help train them. Eventually a person can open his own office with his own money, and begin to place ads in classifieds all over again. The person who initially hired this new "office manager" gets a percentage of his sales. A classical pyramid scheme, as the Illinois Second District ruled.

Every week Scentura distributors lure young adults by these deceptive advertisements. Please read the attached news articles about Scentura. If your classifieds stops allowing this Scentura distributor to advertise, then their deceitful pyramid scheme will collapse. Please stop allowing this firms to advertise in your classifieds.

Thank you,

A few important things I left out...... You can get arrested for soliciting out on the streets.

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 05, 2005

Sorry, in a pissed off rage, I managed to miss a few key things.

They do not have a business license, and when asked, they said don't worry about it.

You can get arrested for soliciting out on the streets. You have to have a solicitors license, which not one of us was provided with.

You are a payed cash without any type of taxes or anything. Are they seriously trying to avoid the government?

We are independant contractors, yet we never filled out any type of tax forums, eg 1099's. I've been an independant contractor before and we filled out 1099 forms.

They promise you your own office. Cool. They say that you go through a 60-90 day training period, depending on your own personal progress. After a few days, you realize that they are rushing this whole process and they cut it down to 45 days.

So it's obvious that they want you to open up your office as soon as possible.

Also, this office isn't just yours. You always open with a partner. And, you are in business for the people that trained you. If I had continued through the process, Mark would have been my regional manager, and would have collected on a chunk of my earnings.

I've heard too many reports of office's not lasting even a year, and spending loads of money out of your pocket just to get things going.

I understand that's what I would do if I was going into business for myself, but I am going into business for Scentura Creations. You think they could help out.

You pay rent on the space, and one thing they don't tell you is that your name goes on the lease.

This is funny because Larry Hahn (the owner of Scentura) his name is not on the lease of corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

We were told that Larry owns his own private jet. And there was more than one picture of this jet in the office. I am a bit of an aviation buff, and I know that if I copy down the registration number off an any aircraft, that I can look it up on the FAA website.

When I looked up the registration number, it is registered to a limo company in Van Nuys, CA. Van Nuys is a business jet heaven. So Larry must rent that jet quite often.

If you choose to call one of these locations, take everything I've said and turn it into question form. I guarantee you the idiot on the phone will either stutter or hang up on you. They do not like answering questions.

Liz even told me. "I like you, you have a great attitude, and you don't ask questions." HOW OBVIOUS IS THAT? HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!
