I call to order a Jack Lalane juicer. Once on the line, I told the lady I just wanted the juicer and she harassingly and relentlessly made pitch after pitch. I remember accepting two 30 free trials to make her leave me alone and finish. I got 4 charges to my checking for 4 different things under an umbrella company which she refused to say, but the phone answers to the same company.

There are different numbers for each one but still get the same calling center in Florida with the same name Platinum Marketing. I called the 1st two numbers 866-491-3930 roadside and 866-831-4092 united benefits to reove the charges and cancel. They refused until I told them I was notifying the State Attorney General of Florida and Ohio. Then they fixed it.

The second set of numbers 866-573-1080 onecallmd also refused then agreed to refund and cancel. Same person, same phone call refuses to to refund the 866-573-1081 onecalllegal.

In the original juicer hardsell, I was told the 2 I knew were free for 30 days. I would get a $50 gift card from Walmart, I would recieve $1000.00 worth of coupons, and for paying in full that day, an additional $50 off the purchase price. Non of this was true and they should be prosecuted for marketing in this way. Also since then, I have recieved an uncountable number of sales calls on my cell phone. In my opinion, never buy the Jack Lalane Juicer or life will become non stop ripoffs.

it is important for all of you people who are quick to come to this site and report, the only way that most companies get your CC info is if YOU made a purchase with a marketing partner. This means that YOU either made a purchase through a magazine, mail order catalog, infomercial, over the telephone or the internet. YOU gave these individuals your CC info to buy whatever you wanted and you agreed to have your info transferred to other companies for marketing purposes.. now you may have not known it at the time no one ever does because the choose not to read these terms of aggrements and just click ok or bubble it in. also every phone call is recorded where the person on the other end agrees and says yes,ok,alright or correct to the term described in phone call so even if you were to try and sue these companies or take them to court you would lose the case cause YOU agreed yet again before thinkin to these charges... trust me when i say i was in verifacation dept. for 2 years we read the same script everyday and its recorded from start to finish... So maybe next time you wanna buy something do it in person and swipe your card and you wont have to make these difficult decisions to blindly agree to somehting you have no idea about... just a word of advice
