loan online  On 9/30/2010  I applied  for loan 

and Platinum Online Group, LLC called me. I was instructed to fill out a form, but i asked the representative why because i had already completed an online application; he stated that the company i filled out for just finds other companies to match people with, so he (Platinum Online Group, LLC

) needed more information. So I asked the representative if this call was regarding my payday loan application and he said yes. He then told me that they would charge me $99.00 fee for the loan

. I asked him how much was I approved for and he told me that he did not know but I would get an email stating how much I was approved for and it could only be processed if i clicked on the "approval to sign" from the email. Well, I called the company right back not even 10 seconds after the call and my call went straight to voicemail. I left several messages saying to not process (not to mention, keeping in mind the rep said I had to click on the "approval to sign" from my email, which i never did because I did not see an email from them); 5 days later, this company has charged my account. No funds were deposited, I never saw any email from this company!!!!
