Platinum Online Group Platinum Online Charged Money to My Account Without My Permission!!!!! Internet

I am 19 years old, living on my own with Rent and a Car Payment, it's all I can do to get by. But when someone takes money out of my account without my permission I get really missed up for the month. I check my online account to find out that Platinum Group or whatever theres called. Took money out of my account without my permission. I've never even heard of this company before. When I put there name into google I saw all the complaints and knew that I had been screwed out of money, it wasn't something I did. I called the toll-free number and the girl said she'd take a message and get someone to call me back, and I told her that I demanded to talk to someone right then. She ended up hanging up on me. I called my bank right away and am going today to dispute the charges. I don't have the money for a lawyer but someone needs to sue the hell out of these people.
