Platinum Plus Credit Unauthorized Transaction with Bank Account Internet

I discovered transaction on bank account of $79.95. I never dealt with this company before. I contacted my back and then called the 1-800 number. They told me I applied when I applied for a payday loan. They said they sent an email and I had to contact within 48 hrs after I recieved email to cancel. I never applied for this credit so I was not looking for email and probably deleted it as junk mail. I do not know when the application was submitted but the bank transaction was completed on 06-20-2008. They told me they do not do refunds. I told them never apllied for credit and wanted refund and they they refused.
