Hoax, college age female stating she's earning a trip to London to study abroad ripping off 80 year old woman. On July 25, 2008 a female came to my door selling magazines to go to college. She stated she lived a block away and her parents were paying for the other half of her college trip abroad. She shared how several of the neighbors had helped her too. I am 80 years old on a fixed income and spent $96.00 on magazines and never received anything. I have called a number of the receipt several times with no results. (The number isn't even an 800 number thus costing me more time and money.) I am very frustrated and disappointed that someone would take advantage of an 80 year old woman.
