Platinum Services - OPT PLATINUM 8009728094 yourcustomerservice.com TOOK $99.00 OUT OF MT BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT AURORIZATION!!!!! Internet, California

I picked up my mail out of my mailbox yesterday and there was a bounced check notice for a check in the amount of $99.00, plus the $25.00 check fee! I called the bank. At first the woman thought it was a debit card charge, but then she said, no, it was a charge to my bank account. I asked who the check was to because the check number listed on the notice was 2000+ over my current checks. She said that it was an internet transaction and the web address was www.yourcustomerservice.com. I looked that address up on the internet and I came up with some Platinum Catologue Credit thing I had never heard of. I called the number on the website and left a message. I also wrote an email.

A woman called this morning and left a message that she had answered my email and the refund policy was in the email.
In the email the woman actually told me I should be more careful when I sign up for services on line! I have done no on-line business since I was burned a year or so ago and changed my bank account. I have no idea where she got my current banking information.... except.... I had been in the hospital for a week and still taking medications. A man with very poor English called and said I had won some money and he needed my banking information to deposit the funds. I was very leary. I kept saying I was not buying anything, I did not want to give out my info and have money taken out of my account, etc.. I asked to talk to his supervisor and told her under no circumstances was any money to be taken out of my account.

Anyway, I gave up the banking information. Blame it on the Percocet.
I at no time signed up for anything online with my new bank account. They got my information from that phone call and took the money. If I hadn't been so sick and medicated and wanted that man who could barely speak English off my phone, I NEVER would have given out the information.
BEWARE!!! They will prey on the old, the sick, the medicated, the mentally and/or physically handicapped. THEY DONT'T CARE!!!!!!!
