Platinumtel.com removed $60.00 and failed to respond to my emails I am disabled and homeless, Internet

I need phone service. On may 23 I chose Platinumtel.com after reading good reviews on Amazon.com and Google searchs.  They went and charged my credit card, but a day later the sent me an email stating that my account was on hold, and I would be contacted when my order was to be sent. On May 28, 2012 I sent them an email canceling my order.

On May 31, 3 days later, the sent me two emails back to back saying my order was just being processed and the second one notified me that the item was delivered.  I am homeless and disabled, and have a hard time connecting to the Internet (my only way to communicate with people).  $60.00 is a lot of money, but the best rates for me. they claimed to send you a &129.00 phone, with a $50.00 air credit, so the phone only costs you $10.00   As the saying goes, If it's too good than something stinks...
